Polaris’ Operations in Response to COVID-19

As with other organisations, our top priority is protection of our staff, their families, our stakeholders and suppliers. We have a robust Business Continuity Plan, and since 16th March all our employees have been working remotely and will continue to do so until Government advice recommends otherwise.

All our systems are available remotely. The teams that support ProductWriter (CGI) and imarket (IBM) are also similarly set up, so there will be no change in the service and support we offer. Our service desk is operating as normal, and we are all contactable by email or phone. External meetings will continue to take place, albeit by using remote conferencing facilities.
